Macclesfield 1-2 Wycombe

Wycombe recorded 2 wins in a row for the first time in 11 months with a professional 2-1 victory over Macclesfield Town.

Goals from debutant Reuben Reid and Scott McGleish settled the game and despite a consolation by Gary Evans in injury time, the Chairboys held on for an important win.

It was an exciting game throughout with Jermaine Easter and Matt Bloomfield missing guilt-edged chances in the first half and 2 disallowed efforts from Silkmen leading scorer Francis Green meant the game may have ended up not too disimilar from the 5-4 defeat in January of last year.

Sorry for the lateness of this, my internet hasn't been at it's best and I've struggled to find time to write it!
