'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Doc To Go Posh?

Just as all our hopes were up that Tommy Doherty would be on his way back permanently next year, it seems that Barry Fry's League 2 version of Chelsea seem to be showing an interest.

With Darragh McAnthony's millions being plowed into Peterborough, it is difficult to see 'The Doc' turning down a lot more money to play for us despite his enjoyment here. I speak for every Wycombe fan here and hope that money doesn't talk in this situation as there's nothing like our bearded cult figure to increase season ticket sales!

Money however doesn't always bring success!

Well it did for newcastle when they had that money ploughed into them, they went up the leagues, i suppose it depends what you do with the money and who your manager is. I hope they dont get these players. All these take overs are ruining football
