The Opposition View - Leatherhead

Following today's 3-1 win over Leatherhead, here are some views on the game from the Tanners' player-manager Sammy Moore and a selection of their fans.

"I'm proud of my players, every single one of them," said Moore speaking to BBC Surrey

"To come here and at times play Wycombe off the pitch is a massive step for this football club."

"On another day, we could have scored four or five. We could have been out of sight before they scored their first."

"It shows how good a team we are. It's no fluke we got to the second round. We are disappointed, but what a great FA Cup run."

"Their manager came up to me after the game and said - you should be so proud of your players because they put an unbelievable shift in today."

"We're disappointed because we didn't put those chances away... we could have been 4-0 up at half-time, but then they get the goal and their tails come up."

"Second half there wasn't really much in it, and then we have an unbelievable chance with Minshull's header. If that goes in we could be having a different chat right now."

Asked for his view on his own sending-off, Moore said: "At the time I was shocked that he gave me a second yellow."

"After the game he said that I reacted, but the bloke had hold of my head, he had me sort of in a head lock, I tried to get out of it, and the next thing you know, the linesman's getting involved."

"I had a mate literally five yards from the incident text me to say it wasn't a sending off," said Moore.

"Our fans were unbelievable. It was like a league club going to another league club," he said.

"All you heard was our fans. I thought the Wycombe fans were quite quiet, and the reason why they were quiet is because we outplayed them."

The Leatherhead fans were understandably proud of their team's performance.

"Ref was an absolute disgrace. 10 against 12."

"What a day it was at Wycombe. All the boys done us all proud out there. Unlucky result and I'd just like to say the hospitality at Wycombe is best I've ever had. I don't even usually like Lasagne and it was great."

"What an amazing club Wycombe Wanderers is. Every fan, staff member and player were a credit to the club. The club has a bright future after speaking to Gareth. Good luck to you all from Leatherhead FC, we'll be backing you."
