Eze In Team Of The Week (10/10/17)

Eze In Team Of The Week (10/10/17)

Wycombe Wanderers are represented in the latest Football League team of the week that has been selected after this week's action.

The performance by Ebere Eze in the three one victory over Cambridge United at the weekend at the Abbey Stadium was enough to earn them a place in the side alongside the other most impressive performers in the Football League pyramid.

I think we'll already know ourselves, and not just based on the latest performance, why Eze was selected as part of the team but explaining the choice - the FL blurb read.

'The Sky Bet League Two Goal of the Weekend was scored by Ebere Eze, but which one earned it is a matter of opinion! On loan from QPR, Eze struck two unstoppable efforts into the top corner to see Wycombe to a fourth successive away triumph.'

It's always good to see the club represented in this way, and well played to Eze for his recognition, but the most important thing about the weekend was of course the win.

Full Team:

Dave Richards (Crewe Alexandra), Dan Potts (Luton Town), Dan Burn (Wigan Athletic), Richard Wood (Rotherham United), Pierce Sweeney (Exeter City), Ebere Eze (Wycombe Wanderers), Jake Reeves (Bradford City), Sean Murray (Colchester United), Ben Whiteman (Doncaster Rovers), James Henry (Oxford United), Ellis Harrison (Bristol Rovers).

Manager - Darrell Clarke (Bristol Rovers).
