Leon Johnson signs new contract with Wycombe

Wycombe Wanderers defender Leon Johnson has agreed a new one-year contract to remain at Adams Park.

The 32 year-old centre-half was signed by Paul Lambert in the summer of 2007 and has made 162 starts and 8 substitute appearances for the Chairboys, scoring 3 goals.

"It was quite a long drawn out process but it's all sorted and it's nice to be back. I've come in today and everything was normal, a few of the lads were even happy to see me!" said Johnson, speaking to wwfc.com
