Blues draw Stags or Trawlermen in FA Cup

Wycombe Wanderers have been drawn away to either Mansfield Town or Fleetwood Town in the first round of the FA Cup.

The two non-league sides drew 1-1 at Field Mill yesterday and will lock horns again on Tuesday evening at Fleetwood's Highbury Stadium.

Both clubs are doing well in the Conference. Fleetwood currently lie in second place with 37 points from 18 games and Mansfield in 8th spot with 30 points from 17 games.

Wycombe are currently 23rd in League One with 12 points from their opening 16 games.

The Blues went out of the FA Cup at the third round stage last season, losing 1-0 at home to Hereford United after winning 2-1 at Hayes & Yeading in the first round and beating Chelmsford City 3-1 at Adams Park in round two.

Mansfield lost 1-0 at Torquay in the first round last season and Fleetwood went out at the same stage, losing 2-0 in a replay at Walsall.

The tie will be played during the weekend of Saturday 12th November.
