Blues draw Forest in the Carling Cup


Wycombe Wanderers have been drawn at home to Championship side Nottingham Forest in the second-round of the Carling Cup.

The Blues and the Reds both won their first-round ties on penalties having drawn 3-3 after extra time.

Steve McClaren's Forest progressed at the expense of near neighbours Notts County, while Wycombe got the better of old rivals Colchester United at Adams Park.

The match will be played during the week-commencing 22nd August.
