Stuey Lewis joins the Blues


Wycombe Wanderers have announced the permanent signing of midfielder Stuart Lewis on an 18 month deal.

Lewis joins on a free transfer from Dagenham & Redbridge, having been on-loan at Adams Park since November.

The 23 year-old has finished on the winning side seven times in nine starts for the Blues and has impressed with his energetic displays in central midfield.

Manager Gary Waddock told wwfc.com: "I'm delighted to be able to keep Stuart at the club because he's been excellent in the short time he's been with us. He'll play an integral part in the team over the coming months."

Lewis himself said: "Ever since I joined the club on-loan, I've wanted to stay here. Everything ticks the right boxes for me and I'm really enjoying being part of the set-up."
