Blues come from behind to sink Lincoln
Lincoln City 1 Wycombe Wanderers 2
The Blues moved up to second in the table after recording their sixth away win of the campaign at Sincil Bank.
The Imps took a deserved lead after 17 minutes when Gavin McCallum volleyed home from 20 yards, but their fragile confidence was shattered just two minutes later when keeper Joe Anyon misjudged Andy Sandell's 25 yard free-kick to concede a soft equaliser.
Scenting blood, Wycombe finally woke up, and came close to increasing their lead when Marvin McCoy rattled the crossbar from 30 yards out.
The Blues were then awarded a penalty after Kevin Betsy was brought down in the box, but Ben Strevens wasted the opportunity with a poor spot-kick which was easily saved by Anyon. Betsy was hurt in the incident and had to be stretchered-off with Scott Donnelly taking his place.
Five minutes before the break, Sandell took advantage of some poor defending to score his second goal of the game with a close range header.
