Wycombe sign QPR midfielder Josh Parker on-loan

Wycombe Wanderers' manager Gary Waddock has dipped into the loan market for the second successive day to sign Josh Parker from QPR.

A versatile midfielder who can also play at right-back, Parker has signed a three-month youth loan and could play some part in tonight's game against Torquay United.

Waddock told his club's official website: "He's an exciting young talent who can play in a number of positions and I'm looking forward to working with him."

The 19 year old has made 2 starts and 4 substitute appearances for QPR.

Last season he made 2 substitute appearances while on-loan at AFC Wimbledon and earlier this season he started 3 games during a one-month loan spell at Northampton Town.

Capped three times by Antigua & Barbuda, Parker will be in the Caribbean on international duty for a fortnight after tonight's game.
