Beavon Suffers Broken Leg

Wycombe Wanderers forward Stuart Beavon has suffered a broken leg and will be out of action for three months.

Beavon was stretchered off just before half-time in yesterday's 3-2 defeat to Maidenhead United in the Berks & Bucks cup final at Marlow's Oak Tree Road ground.

The forward had received treatment just moments before the incident, but after retaking the field, he was immediately hurt again when making a challenge in the middle of the park.

X-rays have revealed a crack to Beavon's left fibula.
