Following yesterday's bizarre 4-3 defeat to Stockport County, I haven't yet found any comment on the game from Hatters' manager Gary Ablett but here are a selection of views from a few of their fans.
The following extracts are taken from The Yellow Board, Football Forums, BBC606 and The Football Forum.
'Never seen so many fans coming out of the ground patting their chests. Defibrillators all round.'
'Seven minutes of injury time. I nearly died, I swear to god.'
'The game largely changed in the last 20 minutes due to Jabo Ibhere being so knackered the ball wouldn't stick up with him any more. Of all the new players he is the one we must keep'.
'I was thinking on the way home tonight, that we will finish above Wycombe and I just hope three other clubs go into admin to keep us up!!!'
'People will look at the stats and think it was a close game, but they couldn't be further from the truth. By the time Wycombe scored their first we should've had 10. It was a combination of an awful Wycombe side (words can't express how bad they were in the first 70 minutes) and some fine individual performances in County shirts. It's not often I'd give 10 out of 10 to a player, but Ibehre deserved full marks. He was everything you'd want from a big front man.'
'A forward line of Ibehre and Donnelly would cause havok in league two, if that's where we end up.'
'Our defence is inept, all their goals came down the left and the manager refuses to make subs more than 15 mins before the end no matter what the situation. At 4-1 it was clear they were going to have a go and that was the time to shut up shop. At 4-2 he didn't do anything, then at 4-3 and after they had hit a post he finally decided to throw on two wingers who made no difference to the game.'
'We should have had at least 4 before we actually scored 4. Unreal. Still, 3 points. They were the worst side I've seen this season and that's saying something! Without the hoof to the big ginger guy Harrold they were dire.'

'What has lodged in my beer addled mind from yesterday is having a short chat with a Wycombe fan who said they were in form, hated Colchester and was sorry but they would beat us!'
'I thought we played well before the 'pitch' cut up badly. Ibehre, Donnelly and Perkins were the shining lights for me. I'd have happily taken a 1-0 with a ball in off the ref's arse before the game so I'll take 4-3 although the last ten minutes was hard work.'
'We shot our bolt with our first half dominance, and they took advantage of this by hammering us with the direct approach. Truth be told it was County who played all the football, and on another day and on a better pitch we'd have coasted home, but we ran out of steam.'
'A win on Tuesday and Saturday and we could be off the bottom.'
'How can I be proud of a performance in which we almost threw away a four goal lead. If we had pulled s**t like that against a slightly better side, we would have been destroyed at the back. They missed at least two sitters alongside the one that spun on the line, were battering us for massive periods (our third was 100% against the run of play) and generally tore us to pieces by bringing on nothing more than a bit of height. Our defence was awful in the second half. '
'We were 4-0 up, should've been 6, 7 or 8 up at half-time and nearly ended up drawing! Poor show in my eyes.'
'After County winning and a few beers later I went home to an empty house and happily settled down upstairs to watch Arsenal while waiting for the wife to return. I must have nodded off only to be woken up by the wife screaming - why are the patio doors and kitchen window open?...I shot downstairs to discover some **** had broken in and taken the keys to my sparkling new Audi A3 soft-top along with the car itself. I am shocked and livid, but....ahhh well, at least County won.'
Some things are the same wherever you look......
'Sharks annihilated. Once Sale are relegated they have to leave Edgeley Park. Ironic that their own players will achieve what many on here have been trying to do for 8 years. But can County afford the rent on their own?'
