'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Mark Ashton To Leave Wycombe

Wycombe Wanderers' Chief Executive Officer Mark Ashton is to resign his position in order to pursue a career away from football.


Ashton told the club's official website: 'I've been in football for the majority of my life and feel that it's now time to do something different.'


Wycombe's managing director Steve Hayes said: 'Whilst I am disappointed that Mark will be leaving us, I respect his decision and wish him well for the future.'


The news of Ashton's departure comes less than four months after he took up the position.
