Three Chairboys Honoured by Their Peers

Three Wycombe Wanderers players have been included in the PFA League Two Team Of The Year.

Goalkeeper Scott Shearer and defender David McCracken have been recognised for their part in the Chairboys excellent defensive record this season.

A club record 21 clean sheets have been kept so far and only Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Fulham have conceded fewer league goals this season.

Even more impressively, only Chelsea have conceded fewer goals per game

Midfielder enforcer Tommy Doherty has also been selected.

The Doc is Wycombe's playmaker-in-chief and sees more of the ball than anyone during the course of a game.

The full team is as follows:

Shearer (Wycombe)

Austin (Darlington)
King (Gillingham)
McCracken (Wycombe)
Kennedy (Rochdale)

Daley(Bradford)
N'Guessan (Lincoln)
Doherty (Wycombe)
Davies (Shrewsbury)

Bishop (Bury
Holt (Shrewsbury)
