Ashton Appointed Wycombe Chief Executive
Wycombe Wanderers have today announced that Mark Ashton has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Ashton held the same position at Watford and was a controversial figure during his stay at Vicarage Road.
His arrival at Adams Park has been rumoured for a while and came as no surprise to Wycombe fans.
What did come as a surprise was the news that Ashton will also become a director of Wycombe's tenants, London Wasps.
With Wycombe's Managing Director Steve Hayes now the owner of Wasps and new C.E.O Ashton on the Wasps board, some Chairboys fans are wondering who exactly represents their interests exclusively.
