Following Wycombe's signing of Jon-Paul Pittman from Crawley Town, the Blue Square side's supporters have been giving their opinions on the transfer.
The vast majority are sorry to see JP go and wished him every success with the Chairboys.
Here are a few extracts from comments the Reds' fans put on their CTFC messageboard.
Ross wrote:
'Fantastic player for us and a real spark. Strikers are on the pitch to score. JP did that. He made the effort and is very good off the ball.'
Red Army wrote:
'This really is a blow to the club as he is our best striker by far.'
Warren wrote:
'Good luck to J-P. He has earned the move with his hard work.'
Flint wrote:
'JP has been my favourite Crawley player for some time, but recently has lost his spark.'
Brighton Red wrote:
'A big loss. He's not quite kicked on this season as many of us had hoped he might, but he's still a great talent, good luck to him.'
Hoppy wrote:
'Gutted he has gone. A good player.'
Simon wrote:
'Good luck in your future career JP and thanks for what you have done for Crawley Town in the last couple of years.'
Notso wrote:
'What a shame. WW's gain, our loss.'
John The Gas wrote:
'JP is a wholehearted player who needs six chances to score one. Will that be good enough for the League?'
Wycombe fans will have to wait until Saturday to see Pittman for the first time following the postponement of tonight's game against Barnet.
