Chris Casement Joins Wycombe On Loan
Wycombe Wanderers have signed defender Chris Casement on a one-month loan from Ipswich Town.
Casement is a 20-year-old Northern Ireland U21 international who can play anywhere in the back-four, which makes him a useful addition to Peter Taylor's squad given the current injuries to David McCracken, Lewis Hunt and TJ Moncur.
Chairboys boss Taylor told his club's official website: 'Bringing in Chris means that we can take our time and get our players fit. We don't want to rush anything and if we have a strong squad for the last 22 matches then I'm sure we'll be in with a chance.'
Casement made 2 appearances for Ipswich this season in the League Cup before being loaned out to Hamilton Accies, where he made 2 further appearances.
Chris will celebrate his 21st birthday on Monday (12th January).
