Gavin Grant's Absence To Continue

Wycombe Wanderers have issued a club statement concerning Gavin Grant.

Grant was last seen in a Wycombe shirt when the Chairboys earned a 1-1 draw at Grimsby Town on 11th October.

According to Wycombe's official website, Grant then suffered an illness which ruled him out of contention. Despite recovering some time ago he is set to miss more games in the coming weeks because of personal problems.

Wycombe Managing Director Steve Hayes today issued the following statement:

'Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside the club's control, Gavin Grant has been unavailable for selection for the past few weeks. He is experiencing personal problems, but we are hopeful that the matter will be resolved in due course.'

Grant joined Wycombe from Millwall in the Summer. He has made 10 starts and 2 substitute appearances, mainly operating as a right winger.
