Hunt Happy With Another Clean Sheet

Lewis Hunt's first goal for two years was enough to give Wycombe Wanderers all three points against Bradford City on Saturday.

Hunt however, is just as pleased with the Chairboys' ninth clean sheet of the season, as he is with his rare appearance on the scoresheet.

Hunt told the BucksFree Press: 'As a defender I pride myself on keeping clean sheets, the goal was just a nice bonus. I'm happy to take it, but I don`t really know what I was doing that far up the field in the first place.'

Wycombe's defence is the meanest in the Football League, having only conceded 6 goals so far this season.

Not content with stopping goals, the men at the back have made it their business to contribute them as well. Hunt is the 4th Wycombe defender to score so far this season, following in the footsteps of Mike Williamson, Craig Woodman and Leon Johnson who have already seen their names on the scoresheet.
